Being human is messy. Healing doesn’t mean fixing yourself, it means discovering that you were never broken. As a somatic therapist, I support people in reconnecting with their whole, authentic selves, especially those who have felt unseen, pathologized, or pressured to mask who they are. My approach is body-based, trauma-informed and systems informed, and rooted in identity-affirming care. I specialize in grief (including disenfranchised grief) late identified neurodivergence, those living with chronic illness or pain, identity/quality of life, major transitions, LGBTQIA+, ENM, trans/neuro-affirming care and caregiver stress.
