Hello, I am Äˈjilā, pronounced (Ah-Ji-Lay). I have been practicing therapy for 20 years. My main clinical focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT includes providing homework; therapy isn't for the therapist to "fix" things but to provide you with the tools you can apply in your everyday life to help you succeed. Homework also helps to keep you on track between sessions. CBT has been proven effective for a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship, communication, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
