As a veteran and mental health care provider with seven years of service in the United States Air Force, I bring a unique and evolving perspective to my work. My experience spans working with clients across different backgrounds and needs, particularly those navigating anxiety, autism, grief, and depression. Since 2023, I interned at a hospice, where I worked closely with grieving clients a role that has deepened my understanding of the complex and individual nature of loss. My goal is to be a compassionate guide, helping clients navigate their struggles and embrace their strengths on the path to healing.
