From my 15+ years in the field of Social Work I strongly believe that Talk Therapy can have an overwhelmingly positive impact upon various mental health conditions and coping skills. Presently I work with adults experiencing issues regarding such things as: income loss, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, homelessness, anger management, incarceration, poor self-esteem, pursuit of higher education, historical trauma, micro-aggressions, chronic pain and loss of support systems.
