As the owner and founder of Begin Anew Counseling, it is my goal to create an environment where individuals can begin their journey toward healing and wholeness. I believe my role is to be a partner and support through the therapeutic process. I work to intentionally assist clients in identifying their needs and begin the journey toward meeting those needs more consistently. As an integrative therapist, we will identify your concerns to create an individualized plan to address these issues. I am a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I am intentional about maintaining a social justice perspective and carry a special interest in serving the Black community and other marginalized groups.
