We'll start therapy by discussing the issues, create a treatment plan, and then have the session to practice techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Vagal Toning. I will support you in addressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a fresh perspective, and always with self-compassion.
