During these stressful times many of us are anxious, discouraged or depressed and need support to become more effectively present in work, relationships and/or family dynamics. I am an intuitive, solution-focused Counselor/Psychotherapist and employ Integrative, CBT and Mindfulness practices in assisting Clients to better navigate and make transformative changes in their lives. I am also adept with workplace related issues, and have presented at national conferences on providing effective counseling and psychotherapy services to males.
