My name is Sarah Tefera, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. For over ten years, I have been dedicated to working collaboratively with Clients to support them in meeting their intentions and goals. In my practice, I typically work with Children and Adults. I have extensive training working with Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. My intention is to create a safe and collaborative environment. I strongly believe that a client is the expert in their own body. I want to honor clients' needs while offering evidence-based practices to help support them on their mental health journey.
