I am an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to helping people understand themselves, their motivations, their fears and their hopes for the future. I have learned in my work that at some point, all people struggle with challenges and setbacks, but also find it difficult to move forward with goals. Why this is, how it came to be, and how to move forward is the focus of our work. I offer compassion, patience and care in helping people work through threr personal barriers to a more satisfying and meaningful life.
