I work with individuals and couples—especially LGBTQ+ clients—who want to reduce anxiety, depression, and improve relationships. I believe you have the strengths and skills within you to overcome the challenges you face and I would be honored to journey with you in finding those strengths. In sessions, we explore patterns and practice skills you can use right away. I provide online therapy in OR and CA. I have extensive clinical background in inpatient psychiatric hospital, substance use disorder treatment centers, adolescents group home, working with individuals and couples on life transition issues, LGBTQ+ issues, people who feel stuck in life, anxiety, depression, trauma issues and people who experienced religious/spiritual trauma.
