In addition to my medical background, I have received training in family systems therapy, psychodynamic therapy, as well as Jungian psychology. I can help you understand various factors that might be contributing to your current situation. My belief is that distressing symptoms emerge in order for us to pay attention to them to understand what might be out of balance in our lives.
