Hello! I offer video sessions for clients in California, Colorado, and Florida. Doing sessions via a secure and confidential website means you can have therapy from anywhere. I absolutely love my job as a therapist and enjoy being able to help others reach a high level of satisfaction in their careers and personal relationships. My approach is mostly collaborative-I believe in tailoring treatment plans for each individual with their input. My training started in medical family therapy and I have a strong background in treating anxiety, depression, addictions, and eating disorders.
