I provide individualized and evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. Partnering with my clients, we work together to develop their skills and insight to help them better tackle the challenges they encounter. Whether it be struggles in the classroom, at the playground, or around the kitchen table, I am here to help. I offer a collaborative and compassionate approach, which includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play and art therapies, SPACE treatment, and parent training.
