I especially love working with children and adolescents, as I have found this stage of life to be profoundly informative - full of challenges, growth, and opportunities that can shape how a person understands themselves and their place in the world. I use TF-CBT as my main approach and also integrate brainspotting techniques, which allow the brain and body to process experiences in new ways.
