Are you struggling due to divorce, loss of a job, a new diagnosis, a developmental transition or other trauma? I see therapy as your journey, going at your pace, with a little support along the way. The power for change exists within all of us. My goal is to help you recognize that within yourself. I enjoy working with young adults through advanced aged clients. I aspire to help clients find healing who have experienced grief and loss, acquire new coping skills to manage anxiety, depression and PTSD symptoms, find hope related to chronic and terminal illnesses and help navigate substance abuse issues.
