Alba Ardila is a bilingual Spanish-bicultural psychotherapist who obtained her Master's degree at Fordham University and has postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy from MITPP. She offers individual and family therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. She uses a Psychodynamic approach and is experienced in working with individuals and families struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational conflicts. She believes in the healing power of relationships and each individual's unique capacity to overcome emotional challenges and continue toward self-knowledge and fulfillment.
