I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma—often rooted in family dynamics, relationships, or work-related stress. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore what you hope from therapy, highlight your existing strengths and coping strategies, and develop a personalized plan aimed at symptom relief and long-term well-being. Becoming a clinician was my first calling. I’ve always felt a deep connection working with children, adults, and families. I’m trained in EMDR and Progressive Counting—evidence-based approaches for processing trauma—and I remain passionate about learning new therapeutic methods to better support my clients’ growth, healing, and independence.
