I have been working with adults and children for over a decade, helping them manage their mental health in order to pursue their goals. I utilize a trauma-informed approach and meet with clients where they are. I believe in utilizing a client’s own strengths and always advocates for them. I am licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I look forward to meeting you! Our first session will focus on context, what is going on in life, what brings to to therapy, what your current stressors are? Everyone is juggling work, need for personal growth, family life, relationships at the same time.
