Many are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or the lingering weight of trauma, and they’re ready to stop living in survival mode and begin feeling safe in their own bodies again. In our work together, I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT and trauma-focused therapy with somatic and person-centered techniques. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, build emotional balance, and shift patterns that no longer serve you.
