In today’s world, feeling overwhelmed, persistent negative thoughts and feelings, self-doubt, and struggling with relationships are all too common. I am a compassionate and accepting therapist who will use evidence-based strategies to help you discover new ways of thinking and interacting with the world that bring relief and build resilience. I have over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, using cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems approaches to working with individuals and families facing depression, disruptive behavior problems, emotional regulation, obsessions and compulsions, trauma, and substance abuse.
