Life is challenging enough—navigating change shouldn’t feel impossible. My role is to collaborate with you to create practical, meaningful strategies that lead to sustainable change. Sometimes, our bodies or mental health conditions create distress in our lives. Other times, life’s challenges take a toll on our physical and mental well-being. How do we break free from this cycle? Well, we work on it. I specialize in working with individuals and families adjusting to chronic illness, facing difficulties with daily activities—such as eating, sleeping, toileting—or struggling to stay on track with their treatment/educational plans.
