Welcome! I’m Alec (he/him). I strive to create a safe and open place for people of all identities to be able work collaboratively towards healing and self-discovery. There’s no “magic wand” that works perfectly for everyone in therapy, so my goal is to work with you to figure out what works best for YOU specifically. I specialize in working with children to adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, and grief. To guide my work I utilize culturally sensitive and trauma-informed.
