It takes courage to reach out for help and I commend you for doing so. Many of us get stuck in old patterns of the past that keep us from living presently as well as creating the future lives that we actually want; that we get excited for. Thankfully, there are ways to officially heal from the past, whether those are thoughts, behaviors, painful memories, or unwanted perceptions of ourselves, of others, of life. I work with both individuals and couples from a systemic lens, meaning, I help each person improve their relationships with both themselves and others.
