I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life and possesses an innate capacity to heal and grow. My goal is to support individuals in moving from merely surviving to truly thriving through a collaborative and empowering therapeutic process. Being person-centered, trauma-informed, and committed to lifelong learning are not just guiding principles—they are foundational to who I am and how I practice.
