I believe everyone deserves a safe space to heal and grow. As a bilingual provider (English and Spanish), I work with teens and adults who are facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. I also support those exploring their gender and sexuality in affirming, nonjudgmental ways. My approach is collaborative and empowering. We’ll work together to uncover what’s holding you back and build practical skills for resilience.
