I'm a Psychotherapist with a background in Psychoanalysis. During more than twenty-five years of clinical experience I have worked with a global clientele with cultural diversity; focusing my practice on the treatment of adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, addictions, family, and relationship problems. My training began as a Psychologist in Argentina, and years later I completed a master in Social Work at New York University. Additionally, I have done extensive training in Psychoanalysis at the World Association for Psychoanalysis. I believe that the therapist’s ability to listen to the patients, and to see their underlying issues is one of the most important aspects that contribute to the patient's insight in the therapeutic process. Patient’s symptoms can’t be seen in isolation and is important to understand how the symptoms or problems have emerged and developed in a person's life.
