Growing up as a first generation Latina, I always knew that I wanted to give back to my community. Working in the mental health field fulfills that for me. I strive to help people connect and improve the relationships that they have with themselves and others. My approach is eclectic; pulling from different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused therapy and Mindfulness.
