Have you been struggling with emotional regulation, underachievement at school or work, strained relationships, or feeling “different” or “not good enough”? You’re not alone. ADHD can show up in many different ways across the lifespan. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who experience challenges related to attention, impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, and executive functioning. I have been working in the mental health field for about 5 years and I've been working with children and adolescents for about 8 years. Although my background is working with children and adolescents,I have recently expanded to working with young adults as well.
