I understand how limiting psychological distress can be and am passionate about helping you start living a more meaningful and engaged life. I draw from the insights of psychodynamic theorists to explore unconscious motivations, from the wisdom of interpersonal thinkers to understand your relationships, and from the science of cognitive behavioral researchers to change your thinking and attitudes.
