My practice helps adult women handle anxiety, adjustments, and uncertainty by providing a warm, safe space to process all of life's challenges. I understand that women often carry multiple roles and responsibilities, including being caregiver, partner, professional, friend, and more. At times, these various roles can lead to feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, enduring a significant life change, exploring your sense of self, and/or wanting to learn how to best cope with stress, my goal is to ensure you feel seen, understood, and valued.
