Hi, I'm Allison Logue! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Encinitas (San Diego) and Costa Mesa (Orange County). I created Alight Therapy Group because my colleagues and I are passionate about supporting adolescents, adults, and families in healing from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, body image, and relationship issues. Alight Therapy Group values working with a wide range of people of all sizes, races, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and have lived experience with eating disorder recovery.
