In my work as a therapist, I support adults who want to develop a deeper understanding of their mind and what makes up their sense-of-self. This can be difficult, painful, and confusing. That is why I prioritize the relationship in therapy. We are relational beings, and many difficulties we experience need to be worked through within the context of a relationship. I will be curious about the parts of you that are unknown like unconscious patterns of thought,behavior, and experience. I will hold space for you as you share parts of you that might feel too ugly or imperfect in order to help you experience less shame and more wholeness.
