I specialize in working with people that struggle with anxiety, that have survived trauma, or that find themselves stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns. I'm also passionate about working with couples to help them better understand their relationship dynamics, attachment patterns and negative cycles that they might like to shift. I like to dig into therapy with you, build a frank & trusting dynamic & co-create a sense of curiosity about the experiences in your life that inform present patterns of thinking, feeling & behaving.
