I am licensed mental health counselor in WDSM passionate about helping people find a judgment-free space to process life's ups and downs, uncomfortable emotions, and breaking the walls that stand in the way of us living fulfilled lives. I have been in the mental health field for 8 years and have worked with a variety of individuals from different walks of life ranging from troubled teens, the military population, and co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. I believe that there is no "one size-fits-all" approach to therapy and honor each client's individuality and autonomy.
