I work with individuals and couples (age 13 to 65+) navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, meaning of life questions, trauma, relationship issues, and grief. My approach to therapy is holistic and centered entirely on you. I am here to meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique strengths, goals, and needs. Since the relationship is the heart of healing, my commitment is to create a deeply safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore, process, and release what's holding you back. For Individuals: We'll focus on reconnecting with your inner wisdom, understanding patterns that no longer serve you, and building a compassionate relationship with yourself. For couples: We'll explore cycles of conflict, foster deeper emotional connection, and strengthen communication so you can move from reactivity to greater intimacy.
