Hello! My name is Alex Sprouse and I’m a licensed professional counselor and co-founder of Courage Counseling. When mental illness weighs on you, it is not only the heart and mind that suffer. Every aspect of your life, from the most menial daily task, to your physical health, to the wellbeing of your family and loved ones, becomes impacted and can feel too heavy a burden to carry alone. One of the ultimate goals of therapy is to learn the skills necessary to live your life to the fullest, on your own terms. As a therapist, my job is to support and empower you on your journey to attain this goal.
