My work is grounded in providing a safe space for you to show up as you are moment to moment. I believe in each person’s innate ability to cultivate meaning and wisdom from life’s challenges, and I will collaborate with you to find relief from whatever is calling you to seek support as well as gain insight into what your experiences may be guiding you toward. Rooted in psychodynamic and person-centered therapies with additional training in Jungian psychotherapy, I seek to provide opportunities for you to explore your inner world as well as help you uncover deeper patterns shaping your experiences.
