I work with children and adults to help them prioritize their values, identify and integrate feelings/emotions, support positive self-concept, reduce stress and worry, and work towards the client's personal, academic, relationship, wellbeing, and social-emotional goals. My work is eclectic and grounded in theory - including, Humanistic (“Whole Child’, "Whole Self"), and Psycho-dynamic (with attention to the interpersonal relationship of client and therapist as a model for meaning-making and self-reflection.).
