I work with adolescents, adults, families and couples. I specialize in supporting clients heal from trauma and navigate stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals and people from diverse cultures and races. My approach is collaborative and client-led, blending mind and body techniques. In our first sessions, we’ll clarify your goals and explore ways to achieve them, building mind-body connection and lasting resilience.
