I believe that monumental growth and healing take place where all emotions are welcome in a non-judgmental environment that invites you to explore every part of your story. I create a warm space, welcoming the exploration of your inner world and the impact of the world around you. I see individuals ages 12+ for therapy, many of whom attend in person and some who attend via tele-health, with concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, self image, loss and grief, and life transitions.
