Welcome! I am a somatic psychotherapist who believes that lasting change begins with cultivating a loving, nurturing relationship with all parts of ourselves—especially the ones we fear, reject, or feel disconnected from. By gently embracing our present-moment experience and listening for the deeper wisdom within, we open the door to healing, empowerment, and authentic growth. Even in the midst of suffering, there is always a path toward light and freedom. I work with individuals navigating: digestive health challenges; grief, anxiety and depression; and the complex dynamics of family addiction and recovery.
