I am a New York based psychotherapist offering individual therapy to adults and adolescents who are experiencing concerns related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, relationship and intimacy issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues. My aim is to create an environment that allows for curiosity and exploration of what keeps you stuck right now and what can help move you forward. I also have a particular interest in how cultural and societal factors impact that way we see ourselves and the challenges we face.
