I work primarily with adolescents and adults and specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges / interpersonal conflict, life transitions, stress, pregnancy and postpartum, body image, and perfectionism. I also have a great deal of experience with co-occurring substance use disorders and trauma. Clients describe me as warm, caring, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to.
