Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming- whether you're a parent looking for support for your child, a teen who wants someone easy to talk to, or an adult needing space to finally exhale. My goal is to create a therapy environment that feels welcoming, safe, and real- where you (or your child) can show up exactly as you are. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I believe therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or intimidating to be effective. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I aim to meet clients where they are, using creativity when useful and compassion always.
