Seeking support isn’t always easy, and reaching out can feel vulnerable. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to talk openly about life’s challenges and experiences. My goal is to help reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness by normalizing what you’re going through and providing a thoughtful perspective. I believe everyone has inherent worth and value, and throughout our work together, I aim to help you better recognize and trust your own. Looking forward to going on this journey with you! As a trained sport social worker, I have the ability to provide extensive support to athletes. I approach clients with a rich perspective that can address most needs (i.e. transition, identity, anxiety, depression, injury, pain, among other sport related issues. Increasingly, I am a clinician that has experience with African-centered social work.
