Hi! My name is Alex and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), seeing clients in Massachusetts and my approach is pretty simple! Care about my clients and their life stories. I work with a wide range of presenting concerns including trauma/PTSD, C-PTSD, ADHD/ASD/neurodivergence, LGBT+ and Polyamory concerns, anxiety, depression and sexual health and in doing so, I try to make it human. My goal is to eliminate shame and integrate the fundamental knowledge and experience I have in a way that feel grounded, aware and interpersonal for each client's specifically tailored needs.
