My role in our therapuetic parternship is to help you to realize and amplify the strengths you already possess, provide coping skills when times are tough, and take a closer look at the factors getting in the way of the life you want to lead. For all clients, my aim is to work with you to identify and work through the challenges you may be experiencing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, and more. As an individual who identifies as nonbinary and queer, I am also here to relate with and support clients who are exploring, re-examining, or reaffirming their experiences with gender identity and sexual orientation.
