I am an agender, queer, abolitionist therapist. I believe that transformation is possible for everyone, healing can begin anywhere, and that no one is disposable. My approach is primarily informed by somatic practices for trauma healing. This means that we will work with your thoughts, emotions, memories, and physical form/sensations to release unprocessed stress and/or trauma. The therapuetic relationship we establish will be collaborative and it will be a great playground to try build communication and relational skills.
