I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification and bring years of experience working in a hospital NICU. I offer a steady, informed presence during what can be a joyful yet overwhelming time. Beyond the early years, I provide support in navigating the mental load of parenting and help those stay connected to themselves through ongoing family changes.
