Are you relating too much to TikToks about ADHD? Are you a trauma survivor without a diagnosis? Have you been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, but that doesn't quite feel right? I often tell my clients that I am a great therapist for those who have "a spaghetti of concerns." I focus on pulling out the individual noodles of the spaghetti and laying them out for us to see, discuss, understand, treat, and build coping skills. I treat trauma survivors, people with PTSD, neurodiverse people, and those looking for a welcoming, nonjudgemental space. I take a mind-body approach for whole wellness.
